Waiting.

Thank you LORD!

Thank you for being a shield, for being our strength and our song.

Thank you for mercy and grace.

Thank you for your Word which gives us life and light and hope.

Thank you for shining the light upon our path and showing us the way.

Thank you for protection in perilous times.

“O LORD, how many are my foes! Many are rising against me;

“many are saying of my soul, “There is no salvation for him in God.” Selah

“But you, O LORD, are a shield about me, my glory, and the lifter of my head.

“I cried aloud to the LORD, and he answered me from his holy hill. Selah

“I lay down and slept; I woke again, for the LORD sustained me.

“I will not be afraid of many thousands of people who have set themselves against me all around.

“Arise, O LORD! Save me, O my God! For you strike all my enemies on the cheek; you break the teeth of the wicked.

Thank you LORD for the promises of your Word.

Thank you LORD for times of refreshing when you soothe our souls.

Thank you for peace in the midst of the storm.

Thank you that you are in complete control and we will not be shaken in this sin sick and guilt ridden world.

Thank you for the blessed hope that you are returning to take your people home!

“waiting for our blessed hope, the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ,”
