O LORD.
We come before you with our Bibles. We turn to Psalms 64 to make our decrees on this Day 8 of our global prayer and fasting initiative.
We are lifting up Israel, America and the Nations. We know that You are for us and you are not against us. You are the Light of the Nations. You are the Light of the World. You are our hope and our help. You are good good good.
We praise you and lift your name on high. You are the lifter of our heads when we are tired and weary. You are strength when we are weak. You are more than enough and you will supply every need. You are help when we feel helpless. You are hope when we feel hopeless. Thank you for being our help and our hope. All of our hope is in you King Jesus!
We pause at the end of this week. And O what a week! It’s so good to decree your Word amidst the confusion, chaos and delusional antics that surrounds our Nation. Your Word is our sword and we wield it against the enemy!
“Hear my voice, O God, in my meditation; Preserve my life from fear of the enemy.
“Hide me from the secret plots of the wicked, From the rebellion of the workers of iniquity,
“Who sharpen their tongue like a sword, And bend their bows to shoot their arrows—bitter words,
“That they may shoot in secret at the blameless; Suddenly they shoot at him and do not fear.
“They encourage themselves in an evil matter; They talk of laying snares secretly; They say, “Who will see them?”
“They devise iniquities: “We have perfected a shrewd scheme.” Both the inward thought and the heart of man are deep.”
O LORD. We see this and we hear this. It’s like it was just written yesterday for today. Your Word is timeless. It always fits. It is always on point and hits the center of the target. Your Word is faithful. We know that you are just and your justice will be served upon the earth. So WE DECREE to these enemies of freedom and righteousness.
“But God shall shoot at them with an arrow; Suddenly they shall be wounded.
“So He will make them stumble over their own tongue; All who see them shall flee away.
“All men shall fear, And shall declare the work of God; For they shall wisely consider His doing.
“The righteous shall be glad in the Lord, and trust in Him. And all the upright in heart shall glory.”
Psalms 64:1-10 NKJV
So says the Word of the LORD. It shall perform and accomplish its task. It shall not return void. We believe it. We stand in it. We shall not be moved.
So be it! In Jesus name.
