Abba.
Let us not be tainted by the sin around us. Let us not be tempted to bow down to Baal. Let us only be touched by the nail scarred hands of the carpenter who walked the shores of Galilee. Let us heed his voice when he calls out to us and says: Follow Me.
In the hustle and bustle of these perilous days. In the rush of trying to set things right. In the hurry to undo what has been done. We pause to reflect and ask you to cleanse us and make us new.
“Purify me from my sins, and I will be clean; wash me, and I will be whiter than snow. Oh, give me back my joy again; you have broken me— now let me rejoice.
“Don’t keep looking at my sins. Remove the stain of my guilt. Create in me a clean heart, O God. Renew a loyal (right, steadfast) spirit within me.
“Do not banish me from your presence, and don’t take your Holy Spirit from me.
“Restore to me the joy of your salvation, and make me willing to obey you. Then I will teach your ways to rebels, and they will return to you.
“Forgive me for shedding blood, O God who saves; then I will joyfully sing of your forgiveness. Unseal my lips, O LORD, that my mouth may praise you.
“You do not desire a sacrifice, or I would offer one. You do not want a burnt offering. The sacrifice you desire is a broken spirit. You will not reject a broken and repentant heart, O God.
“Look with favor on Zion (America, Israel and the Nations) and help her; rebuild the walls of Jerusalem. Then you will be pleased with sacrifices offered in the right spirit— with burnt offerings and whole burnt offerings. Then bulls will again be sacrificed on your altar.” Psalms 51:7-19
Abba. We want to be pleasing in your sight as we navigate through these rough times. We are in unchartered waters in the earth! Help us! O Holy One of Israel! Come to our aid! Help America. Help Israel. Help the Nations. We see and feel the pressure being applied to succumb to the whims of these rogue antichrist governments.
But we are not without hope and we are not standing in fear. O No No No! We are standing bold and courageous as the Body of Christ knowing where our help comes from. We are standing on Holy Ground. The angels are all around us. The LORD has not left us. He is here! He is here! He is here!
So give us wisdom, knowledge and understanding. Give us discernment. Help us to discern the times like the Sons of Issachar. Give us strength for the battle. The JOY of the LORD is our strength! He is our shield. He is our protection. He will keep his own. He will lead us through the dark valleys and shadows. He will shine his light upon our path so our feet do not stumble.
Abba. Keep our hearts and minds. Purify them. We stay them on you and you will give us PEACE that passes understanding. Selah.
In Jesus name. Amen.
