Father.
You said. Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly. Nor stands in the path of sinners. Nor sits in the seat of the scornful. But his delight is in the law of the LORD. And in His law he meditates day and night.
We meditate on you tonight. We stop to consider your ways. We think about your goodness. We rest in your peace. We delight in your presence. We are blessed. We are fruitful. We will walk and not faint. We will run the race set before us. Oh yes!
O Gracious Father. We declare the same over our President. Give him rest in his body, soul and spirit. We declare strength over him that he would not faint in these days of adversity. We declare that his hands would prosper as he leads this Nation. We declare that no harm will befall him and no weapon forged will be successful.
He shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water. That brings forth its fruit in its season. Whose leaf also shall not wither. And whatever he does shall prosper.
We declare prosperity and strength over America and her people. We will not faint or wither away. We will stand strong in battle. We will stand united. We are a Nation founded on God. We are the land of the free and the home of the brave.
O Lord. We are not perfect. We have sinned. We as the church have repented for our complacency and apathy. But we strive to be become better.
We are a Nation of good people. We have deep roots of history that we have learned from. We rebuke the destroyer who seeks to devour us. We rebuke him. In Jesus name! You! O Holy One. You alone hold our destiny in your hands.
Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment. Nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous. For the LORD knows the way of the righteous, But the way of the ungodly shall perish. Oh yes! The ungodly shall perish.
So be it!
