O YAHWEH!
Our awesome conqueror! Our holy and righteous judge. We take your Word in our hands and consider the words of the psalmist.
“Yahweh now reigns as King! Let everyone rejoice! His rule extends everywhere, even to distant lands, and the islands of the sea, let them all be glad.”
“Clouds both dark and mysterious now surround him. His THRONE OF GLORY rests upon a foundation of righteousness and justice. All around him burns a blazing glory - fire consuming all his foes.
“When his lightning strikes, it lights up the world. People are wide-eyed as they tremble and shake. Mountains melt away like wax in a fire when the LORD of all the earth draws near.
“Heaven’s messengers preach righteousness, and people everywhere see God’s GLORY in the sky! Shame covers all who boast in other gods, for they worship idols. For all the supernatural powers once worshiped the true and living God.
“But God’s Zion-people are content, for they know and hear the truth. The people of praise rejoice over all your judgments, O Lord! For you are King-God, the Most High God over all the earth. You are exalted above every supernatural power!
“Listen, you lovers of God! Hate evil, for God can keep you from wrong and protect you from the power of wickedness. For he sows seeds of light within his devoted lovers, and seeds of joy burst forth for the lovers of God!
“So be glad and continue to give him thanks, for God’s holiness is seen in everything he does.” Psalms 97:1-12 TPT
O King of Glory! To you alone we pledge our love and our hearts. We bow to you alone. We will rejoice and be glad as you inhabit our praise.
Let your glorious name be exalted in America and the Nations.
Let your glory fill the earth.
Let your glory reign down from the rejoicing heavens.
Let your glory transform us into people of light, love and hope.
Let your glory permeate our lives and change us from the inside out.
Come and surround us, O King of Glory.
We long for your presence.
We long for your glory.
Come and cover the earth.
Cover the earth with your glory!
Selah. In Jesus name.
