Father.
Tonight. We fix our thoughts on you. We fix our thoughts on your Word. It is truth. We fix our thoughts on your abundant blessings. Even in the midst of turmoil, we are blessed. We fix our thoughts on your promises. They are yes and amen. We fix our thoughts on your covenant. It cannot be broken.
We pray that you would fix the thoughts of our President as he makes monumental decisions. Fix his thoughts on the proper course and on the best outcome for America. We stand like Aaron and Hur and we LIFT the arms of our President. We continue to cover him with prayer. Let the only words that he hears be that of divine and godly counsel.
We declare! The STRENGTH of the Lord to come upon him. Holy Spirit rest upon him, endue him with power and give him peace in his heart and mind. We declare! The strength of the Lord upon his body, spirit and soul as he works through these treacherous days. We come along beside him, stand with him and steady him like Aaron and Hur.
“Moses’ arms soon became so tired he could no longer hold them up. So Aaron and Hur found a stone for him to sit on. Then they stood on each side of Moses, holding up his hands. So his hands held steady until sunset.” Exodus 17:12
Steady President Donald J. Trump. Steady the American people. Settle the heart of the President. Settle the heart of America. Settle the hearts and minds of your people. We rest in you. We trust in you. We declare the PEACE of God to rest upon the President, his family and the people of America. Peace peace peace reign down!
“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God’s PEACE, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.
“And now, dear brothers and sisters, one final thing. FIX YOUR THOUGHTS on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise.” Philippians 4:6-8
We declare these blessed words over ourselves and our families. We rest in your peace knowing that you are exceedingly, abundantly able to do more than we could ever think, ask or imagine. You are a good good Father. Speak peace over us as we fix our thoughts on you alone.
